Parts processing usually involves the following steps

  1. Material procurement and inspection: First, materials suitable for part manufacturing need to be sourced and inspected to ensure that design and production requirements are met, including hardness, strength, toughness  and other physical properties

  2. Cutting: This is one of the main processing technologies, including turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc. Different types of machining use different tools and machining equipment.

  3. Injection process: By means of pressure or heat treatment, materials are processed into parts with specific shapes and dimensions. Forming processing methods include forging, mold pressing, stretch, etc.

  4. Welding and brazing: When the parts need to be joined, It can be welded or brazed, processed, materials to be processed are bonded together to form a whole.

  5. Surface treatment: In order to improve the mechanical properties and appearance quality of the surface of the parts, can carry out spark discharge processing, sandblasting, spraying, electroplating and other surface treatment.

  6. Inspection and adjustment: In the manufacturing process, the parts after processing are inspected, such as the detection of size, shape, surface roughness, etc. Repair or rework defective parts if necessary.

  7. Packaging  and delivery: After the parts are processed, packaged to protect them from damage, and the appropriate packaging materials are selected according to customer requirements. In addition, durability and environmental protection tests need to be carried out.

In the entire processing process, it is also necessary to pay attention to the maintenance and debugging of the equipment, as well as the control of the processing environment to ensure the processing quality and work safety.
